My Stem Cells Journey
By Diana, Founder of Stem Cells Heal Us and Silken Skincare Products
In 2017, my life changed dramatically. It began with a persistent ache in my hip—an ache that soon escalated into something far more severe. It started as a bump I received in my joint area. After countless appointments and tests, I was diagnosed with avascular necrosis—a condition where bone tissue dies due to a lack of blood supply. My MRI confirmed what I feared: the bone in my hip was literally dying.
As time passed, my mobility declined. By mid-2020, my hip collapsed. It was bone-on-bone—and excruciating. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was offered hip replacement surgery. But something in me said, Wait. When I told the orthopedic surgeon I believed my hip could regenerate itself, he looked me in the eye and said, “There is nothing out there that’s going to fix that hip. You’ll be back, begging for that replacement.”
But I wasn’t ready to give up.
I chose not to accept a future dependent on painkillers and limited movement. Instead, I began exploring alternative healing options: physical therapy, energy healing, detox protocols, acupuncture, biofeedback—you name it. With each step, I grew more certain that healing isn't always found in a prescription or a scalpel. Sometimes, it begins within.
That’s when I discovered regenerative stem cell therapy—specifically, the use of my own stem cells. During COVID, I received a minimally invasive injection in Missouri City. It was a leap of faith, but one I knew I had to take. This wasn’t just about avoiding surgery; it was about giving my body the tools it needed to regenerate. And miraculously, my body responded. The pain subsided. Mobility slowly returned. Hope was restored.
The doctor who treated me was honest: she couldn’t guarantee the results would last. She even said I might still need a hip replacement within a few years. But I wasn’t worried—I was focused on the now.
Three years after my first injection, I was forced to retire from education due to chronic discomfort. I tried stem cell injections of my own stem cells again—this time, for both my right hip and right knee—but the results weren’t the same. I followed every post-care instruction, kept weight off the joints, used mobility aids, and still, it was a difficult recovery.
In total, I’ve spent over $15,000 on just three injections. But I wasn’t ready to give up. Scheduled for a third injection, I chose to wait for I found what could be promising, a new technology that has been around for a while, but through the years has picked up momentum in the field of healthy alternatives.
I started searching for ways to help my body naturally regenerate its own stem cells. I began experimenting with supplements aimed at reducing inflammation, improving cellular health, lowering cholesterol, and even reversing visible signs of aging. I discovered that glutathione could enhance the number of live stem cells in my bone marrow. In fact, my first stem cell treatment showed a 98% live cell rate—an unusually high number, according to the doctor for someone my age. Whether that was standard or not, I believed in my mission to prove that orthopedic surgeon wrong. The main ingredient in my supplements that I was taking prior to my first injection that gave me the 98% had glutathione and I had read that it increased our body's stem cell count.
Then I found FitLine, a German line of nutritional supplements. Most are powders you mix with water. The first time I used them; I experienced something called “the flush”—a tingling sensation that most everyone gets signaling that the nutrients are reaching the places where our bodies need the nutrients most. These supplements reduced my inflammation and helped manage pain. I even documented how loose my shoes had become from the excess water weight causing me to lose weight —something I hadn’t seen in years. At one appointment during my yearly checkup, I weighed in at just 123 pounds. That moment solidified it for me. These products worked. You can find more information about these products in the Blogs.
I learned that as we age, our stem cell count diminishes. By our 30s, we’re functioning with half the stem cells we once had, half become dormant. By our 60s, that number may drop to just 10–20%, no wonder we start to age. I found that LifeWave Patches use our own body's infrared energy to activate our dormant stem cells. This technology does not even have to be attached to our bodies. It will work even over our clothes. That, to me, was, a blessing in disguise. Here I was programmed for another stem cell injection into my right hip, but if I can postpone it longer, I won't have to pay another hefty amount of cash.
I now use and promote LifeWave patches and FitLine supplements for I want persons to know that they have these options. The patches are totally amazing. I am on day 57. I am already experiencing more hair, I have more bangs. By the way, the company, Lifewave makes a Glutathione patch, it helps the body heal make more stem cells. They have a few other patches that activate other other peptides.
Each morning, I put on my X39 patch and my GIutathione patch. If I put the patches on at 8 a.m., I remove them 12 hours later, the next 12 hours is giving the body time to rest and heal. I then take my Fitline products. I take the Basics, Activize, and Beauty, and in the evening, Restorate—all of which help support my body’s natural healing rhythms. I sleep better, feel stronger, and have more energy than I’ve had in years. I even made a video showing what I accomplished the very first day I started the products—clearing an entire wall of Boggabilla vines behind our property. Today, I’m on Day 57 of this part of my healing journey. I’m walking better. I’m in less pain. I’m more focused, energized, and hopeful than I’ve felt in years.
I share this story for anyone who feels stuck, exhausted, or unsure of what’s next.
You are not broken.
And no—you don’t have to accept pain as your new normal.
